Health Conditions : Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

People with Chronic Fatigue have often enjoyed good health before coming down with a range of symptoms.

Chronic Fatigue  can cause loss of concentration and short-term memory; sleep problems; muscle and joint pain; headaches;  a sore throat or sore glans that are not swollen; flu-like symptoms; felling dizzy or sick; and disturbed balance. There may also be problems with vision and sensitivity to light, as well as sensitivity to noise.

Most people find over exercising makes their symptoms worse.

The severity of symptoms can vary from day to day, or even within a day.

As the symptoms of CFS/ME re similar to the symptoms of some other illnesses, it is important to see a GP to get a correct diagnosis. A nutritional therapist can help with establishing a good eating patterns.
