Health Conditions : PMS

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) refers to physical and emotional symptoms that occur in the one to two weeks before a woman's period. Symptoms often vary between women and resolve around the start of bleeding. Common symptoms include acne, tender breasts, bloating, feeling tired, irritability, and mood changes.

Eating well all month long is a better approach to PMS than tweaking diet when you have symptoms .Including whole grains such as brown rice, oats and rye bread, lean protein and colourful  fibre packed fruits and vegetables.

Supplements that  may help are Magnesium and B6 as well as starflower oil or evening primrose oil.
