Water, extract of germinated barley, live activated cultures of: L. rhamnosus, E. faecium, L. acidophilus, and L. plantarum; vitamin C, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural flavourings, sweetener: sucralose.
Take 70ml of Symprove every morning on an empty stomach, wait 10 minutes before eating or drinking and then continue with your day.

- Before opening, Symprove should be stored in a cool dark place. After opening, it should be kept in the fridge to ensure the live and active bacteria are kept in optimum condition. Once opened, Symprove should be consumed within three weeks. Symprove should never be frozen or heated as this would kill the bacteria.
